All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Due to high demand, orders may take between 7–12 business days to arrive. In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days depending on your location.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or high shipping volume. These are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
JOLUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
